Vision

What is KLIC?

As part of the e-learning globalization project of the Ministry of Education,
Korean e-Learning Improvement Cooperation (KLIC) is a representative ODA project in the educational field of the Republic of Korea.

Through the KLIC program

the Ministry of Education, 17 Offices of Education throughout the nation, IACE,

Korean e-Learning Support Center, and 17 partner countries contribute to attaining the UN-SDGs.

Through KLIC

It is a bilateral capability development training program between the Republic of Korea and
a partner country supporting the globalization of the Korean educational field
based on the cooperation by the Offices of Education of cities and provinces as well as excellent teachers in the e-learning field.

Addressing the gap of global education by training the teachers of the partner country
according to their level of digitization based on exchanges of knowledge and
experience between the teachers of the two countries

Cultivating Korean teachers with global sensitivity to pioneer the digitization of
education and distribute excellent future-oriented education models
provided by the Offices of Education

What is LEAD?

Leading Educators for Achieving e-learning Development
As members of an Office of Education who are interested in global cooperation based on digitization of education and
are passionate about volunteering activities in education, teachers will take on the role of training lecturer, consultant, researcher, and developer.


The Offices of Education of cities and provinces will develop independent module content and provide real-time training.
In-depth consultation for small groups will be conducted through the institutionalization of
mentor-mentee matching program for trainees; applicability of lecture materials and action plans will be enhanced in the educational field.
